
The only requirement I’ve noticed people need to have in order to be successful in changing the quality of their lives is giving consistently of their time and effort into producing the change. Without constant effort change will never happen. I feel the most important part of being an effective coach is to give you the exercises and experiments to do, and then making sure you do them! Without persistent practice change is nothing more than a dream that will never come true!

Basic training follows this agenda:
1. Education: We teach you the basics of what is happening in your brain that creates the situations you want to change using imagery to make it simple and memorable. We then teach you how to use your “observer” to see what beliefs you have that are getting you into trouble and what new beliefs need to take their place.
2. Exercises : We take this newly learned education and work with you, one on one, instilling the art of how to build the “mental side” into your life until it becomes habit.
3. Real time Experiments: Together we design specifics “things” for you to do during your day so that you can see actual results.
4. Review and Analysis: After each exercise and experiment, we go over your experience in confirming what the experience is telling you about your progress and what you need to work on. This develops a supportive road map for the future!
